胶质细胞源性神经营养因子受体 (GDNF 受体) 是一类能够特异性识别并结合 GDNF 的细胞表面受体,通过与 GDNF 结合可以启动细胞内的信号转导过程,从而调节细胞的生长、分化、存活等多种生物学功能。GDNF 受体可引导神经元迁移分化,助力神经元存活与轴突导向,对神经系统的构建至关重要。此外,GDNF 受体具有神经保护的作用,可保护神经元免受各种损伤因素的影响,如氧化应激、炎症等,并促使神经元抵抗退行性变。GDNF 受体与神经退行性疾病中神经元退变紧密相关,在脊髓和外周神经损伤修复中也发挥重要作用,其异常表达还与神经母细胞瘤等肿瘤的发生、发展和转移有关[1][2]

Glial-cell-line-derived neurotrophic factor receptor (GDNF receptor) is a class of cell surface receptors that can specifically recognize and bind to GDNF. By binding to GDNF, it can initiate the intracellular signal transduction process, thereby regulating various biological functions of cells such as growth, differentiation, and survival. GDNF receptor can guide the migration and differentiation of neurons, facilitate the survival of neurons and axonal guidance, and is crucial for the construction of the nervous system. In addition, GDNF receptor has a neuroprotective effect, which can protect neurons from various damaging factors such as oxidative stress and inflammation, and enable neurons to resist degeneration. GDNF receptor is closely related to the degeneration of neurons in neurodegenerative diseases, also plays an important role in the repair of spinal cord and peripheral nerve injuries, and its abnormal expression is also associated with the occurrence, development, and metastasis of tumors such as neuroblastoma[1][2].
